Grocery Delivery

You must purchase your items from the ONLINE DELIVERY GROCERY STORE. This is the only store that allows for product delivery. All other stores require you to self shop. You will have access to this store only after registering for home delivery. There are several delivery plans to choose. Our basic standard plan is 4 deliveries per month for $84.99 this plan allows for a recurring delivery day and time i.e. every Wed at 12:00 noon.


When placing your order during checkout, you will select the delivery date and a 2-hour time "window" for your grocery delivery. (Special Note: Deliveries are made from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm, 7 days a week). On the day of your scheduled delivery, our driver will try to reach you about 30 minutes prior to their arrival to coordinate the delivery.


Grocery delivery is only available to members who have registered for this service. Each delivery includes a total of 40 pounds there will be an additional charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each additional 5 pounds. Meat and Vegetable items will be selected by our trained shoppers. They will select items based upon your request, size, expiration date, and product appearance.


We currently offer delivery to much of West Houston/Katy (including Park Ten, Highway 6 and I10 area) for a very low fixed fee. Contact us to signup for one of our delivery plans. Please allow at least  24 hours for delivery.


FamilyGrocery.com will only deliver to the registered address you entered on our system. Any important details regarding the delivery should be noted at the time of purchase. Also, see below for information regarding delivery to a small business.
Incorrect delivery information may cause a delay of up to two days in delivery. The cost of a second delivery due to incorrect address information is $20 and it is the purchaser's responsibility. Therefore, please double check the delivery information you provide us carefully.
Our drivers are courteous and professional. All items will be delivered to your door. Our drivers will not enter you premises unless pre-arranged with FamilyGrocery.com prior to delivery. Each item will be checked off at delivery time and you will be asked to sign off on each delivery.
